Instructions for Updating Your Payment Information
- Log into your control panel at https://www.truepath.com/login.html
If you have forgotten your password, then click on the text that refers to "forgotten passwords".
If you have forgotten your username, you will need to call the support line.
- Click on Billing - OR you can click directly on Billing Info, see image below
- Open the small drop down box and select either "Credit Card" or "Check".
- Click on the small "Edit" button.
- Fill in the appropriate billing information and click "Add"
Even if the only update is the expiration date on the credit card, the system views the
updated credit card as an entirely new card and all information must be re-entered.
