How does it work?

The Reseller program is meant for those that want to resell Truepath web hosting services. You are given a reseller administrative login username and password. As an administrator you have the ability to define your own web hosting plans and the features of each plan. A sample plan is created for you to help get you started.

What skills do I need?

Because you will be hosting your own customers, you need to know web hosting fundamentals, such as:

• How to transfer files back and forth from your desktop to the web server (FTP)
• How to set up an email account (SMTP, POP3)
• Some basic HTML skills to help your customers

Are there any hidden costs?

If you require training, we do offer a two hour training session for $149 that will teach you how the Truepath control panel works from the perspective of a reseller.

What do I get?

You get the tools necessary to host websites. Truepath offers support to you as the reseller; however, you are required to support your own customers. If they ask questions about their web hosting account, then you provide them with support. Truepath is available to answer questions that will arise regarding your reseller account.
