SiteBuilder Help
SiteBuilder can be activated by following these simple steps:
- Log into your Truepath control panel. If you are not a customer, you must sign up first.
- PHP must be enabled for SiteBuilder to work.
- Click on "Web Options" under "Domain Settings"
- If you have more than one domain hosted, click on the domain you want to use with SiteBuilder.
- Look for PHP - about 10 lines down.
means PHP is disabled. Click to enable.
means PHP is enabled.
- Click on the "Domain Settings" menu item.
- Click on "Sitebuilder"
- If this is the first time SiteBuilder has been launched, choose the number of sites to use with Sitebuilder (varies by Plan). This can be changed later if domains are added or removed.
- In order to launch SiteBuilder, it must be activated on your domain(s)
- if
appears, click to activate SiteBuilder on the domain.
- if
appears, SiteBuilder is already activated on the domain.
- Click
to launch Sitebuilder.
Migrating from SiteStudio to SiteBuilder:
- Follow the instructions above to activate SiteBuilder on the domain(s).
- Click
to launch Sitebuilder.
- The first time SiteBuilder is launched it will loook for existing sites built with SiteStudio.
- If a SiteStudio site is found, you will be prompted to migrate the site to SiteBuilder.
- If a SiteStudio site is not found no action will be taken.
- If a SiteStudio site is not found migration may not be possible.
- Try clicking
to deactivate SiteBuilder and start at Step 1.
- If SiteBuilder does not find the SiteStudio site, the site may need to be rebuilt in SiteBuilder.

SiteBuilder Migration Issues:
- Images may need to be uploaded again
- Files made available for download may need to be uploaded again
- Customized templates from SiteStudio may not fully migrate resulting in missing images in the banner
