SiteStudio Help

SiteStudio is being phased out and SiteBuilder will take its place.  Truepath recommends migrating your existing website(s) from SiteStudio to SiteBuilder.  Information about migrating to SiteBuilder can be found at http://www.truepath.com/sitebuilder.html.

SiteStudio can be activated and used by following these simple steps:

1. Log into your Truepath control panel. If you are not a customer, you must sign up first.
2. Click on the "Web Options" menu item.
3. If you have more than one domain hosted, click on the domain you want to manage.
4. On the line labeled Site Studio:
   
   • if  appears, click to activate SiteStudio on the domain.
   • if  appears, SiteStudio is already activated on the domain.
5. Click "Login" to launch SiteStudio.

SiteStudio Known Issues:

• SiteStudio does not work with Internet Explorer 8
• Copy and paste functions should be done with the keyboard rather than right-clicking with the mouse.
  CTRL+c to copy
  CTRL+v to paste
• Highlighting a block of text and hitting the delete button can cause an error.  Rather then hitting "Delete" type any character and then hit "Backspace" to remove.
