Problems Sending e-Mail

 

 

Depending on your plan type and e-mail client, you may have issues sending e-mail.

When you first setup the properties for the e-mail client you probably did not select to have the server check your credentials when send e-mail.  Some of our e-mail servers will require this authentication on outgoing e-mail.   If you cannot send e-mail, please try to change these settings, close and restart Outlook and try again.
 

 

 

 

 

Also, please make sure your reply e-mail address on the "General" tab page has been completed as well.  

The REPLY e-mail address should match the exact name of the e-mail user account.

Also, please note that on the  "Advanced" tab there is a default port of "25" set for outgoing servers.  Some ISPs block this port by domain unless otherwise instructed.  Please check with your carrier prior to opening a new support ticket.  They can normally change an entry in their servers to allow e-mail for your domain through this port.
